Our academy is proud to offer students an excellent football and academic education during their time with us. Led by Academy Manager Steve Bates, with over 20 years of football coaching experience, and supported by a team of UEFA qualified coaches (Level 3 minimum). Our academy helps young individuals to grow both on and off the pitch.

In the last academic year, we had five students graduate with three A*s or distinctions, gaining 168 UCAS Points. These students now study at Universities, which include Exeter, New York, St Mary’s and Birmingham. Our courses provide students with a range of professional and personal skills to help them develop as young adults, while playing football to a high standard.

Several times a year, our students are invited to train at St George’s Park, home of England's National Teams. In addition, our most senior team plays their home games at the clubs, Beveree Stadium.

Our most recent football successes include Imran Uche, who graduated from the academy to become a regular first team player. Imran now plays for our National League South rivals, Eastbourne, on a full-time contract. Perhaps our biggest success, Zak Fraser- Grante signed for Watford FC’s academy last season and has now signed his first professional contract with them. Academically, he also achieved the equivalent of three A*s.
