Both age groups of the Academy made safe passage in their respective cup ties this week.
HRBFC (U19's) 9 : 2 AFC Wimbledon
Koo Dumbuya's Under 19's took on AFC Wimbledon in the 1st Round of the National League Youth Alliance League Cup at the Xcel Centre.
The two teams played in the league less than a month ago, with The Beavers running out 9-0 winners, and they put nine past the visitors again, this time recording a 9-2 victory.
After a fairly even opening fifteen minutes, the hosts took control, moving into a 4-1 lead at the break.
Simon Malumba netted his second hat trick of the season,and he was joined on the score sheet by Hero Ehni, Tah're Agee, William Ankumu, Joe Tullett and a brace from Jack Rogers.
Enfield Town 1 : 2 HRBFC (U18's)
Steve Bates Under 18's travelled to Enfield Town in the opening round of the Middlesex FA Jeff Ritson Senior Youth Cup.
In a hard fought encounter, The Beavers won by the odd goal in three, courtesy of goals from Sam Beeler, his first for the club and Shadrac Malembe.
Man of the Match though went to keeper Scott Clark for an impressive display.
A home tie to Uxbridge is the reward for the victory.
Next week, the Under 19's return to National League Youth Alliance action travelling to Southampton Sparsholt on Wednesday afternoon.
The Under 18's are back in FA Youth Cup action and after victories on the road, enjoy their first home draw of the season, a local derby against Met Police.
This match takes place at The Beveree on Wednesday (19th October), kick off at 7.45pm and it would be great to get a good crowd down to support the boys.
Admission for the match is £4 Adults and £2 for Concessions and Under 16's.
