Martin Tyler Joins The Beavers’ Half-Marathon Efforts

3 months ago By HRBFC Press Team

First-Team coach, and Sky Sports Commentator, Martin Tyler has added his support to the club’s ‘Run For The Youth’ charity campaign.

Leading the charge is First Team Manager Alan Dowson, who will be joined by Assistant Ian Dyer and a team of volunteer runners, all taking to the 13.1 mile course on Sunday 18th March at 9am.

Unfortunately, due to Martin’s commitments to Sky, he wasn’t able to confirm early enough to get a space on the official run; so he’ll instead be doing his bit by walking and doing laps of Beveree Stadium on the same morning!

ALMOST THERE

The ‘Run For The Youth’ has hit a fantastic 70% of its £2k target – but still needs your support in order to help reach it.

All sponsorship money will go towards the clubs Youth section and Academy, to help with the future development of both programmes.

To donate to the campaign and help us sustain the academy, please visit the JustGiving page here.
