Widely recognised as Hampton’s most successful manager Dev has overseen a renascence within the club since he joined in June 2003.
His first season saw the club regain it’s Ryman Premier Division place at the 1st attempt and the following season a play off spot was missed out on only the final day of the season. In 2005/06 the club reached the Play Off Final, only to lose out to Fisher Athletic, however in 2006/07 Dev guided Hampton to their first ever Ryman League Championship securing the title on a dramatic last day at Beveree. Hampton’s debut season in the Blue Square South saw Dev guide the team to 3rd place, and a play off final defeat to Eastbourne Borough, as well as reaching the FA Cup 1st Round proper and annexing the Middlesex Senior Cup.
Last season the club improved it’s league position for the 6th consecutive season, finishing runners up to AFC Wimbledon, however once again the club fell at the final hurdle as Hayes & Yeading defeated the Beavers 3-2 in an exciting play off final at Beveree.
