The best way to keep up to date with Hampton & Richmond Borough FC

Will the 1st round proper be the Beavers prize this weekend?

1 month ago By Rob Overfield

Its the most vital round of the competition for non league clubs, will Monday's draw see HRBFC in the hat?

After last week's unlucky draw for the Beavers, Hampton will go into tomorrow's game with much confidence that they can derail the White Tigers at Beveree and take that place in the draw.

Hampton looked to be coming home with all the points from Treyew Road from Jack Cook's header as they battled through the incessant rain, looking comfortable against the league leaders, but a rather fortunate penalty for the home side meant the team had to settle for just a point in a match which they were more than equal to Cornwall's premier team.

Truro City have had a good run, but this is the FA Cup and everyone knows that in this competition, nothing is certain and the boys will believe they can win on their own turf.

Hampton will be without Bradley Hudson-Odoi, as Sutton haven't allowed permission for him to appear in the Cup but Dowse will be able to bring in loan signing Dan Sweeney into the squad to provide the Truro management a measure of the unknown following the league matchup.

Kick off is 3pm, and prices are £12 for adults, £7 for concessions, £3 for under 16s and under 5s are free. Season tickets will NOT be valid for the game, all must pay.
