Hampton & Richmond have this afternoon made their first signing of the summer.
Joint managers Paul Barry and Darren Powell have make their opening move of the close season by convincing in-demand Northwood left-winger Jerome Federico to sign.
Having enjoyed a great season in the Southern League Central, Jerome believes the time is right to step up and arrives despite a number of other clubs tracking his progress.
The 22-year-old said: "I'm delighted to be joining such an ambitious club who are heading in the right direction. It may only be May but I am already looking forward to getting going and pulling on the Hampton shirt "
Boss Paul Barry says the fans will enjoy watching the former Hendon, Wycombe and Woking winger in action.
He said: "This is a really strong start to the recruitment process for us. Jerome is a talented lad who is looking to progress and we hope he can do that with Hampton.
"We are delighted to bring him in. After the good news about Charlie on Thursday we are putting the pieces of the puzzle together already.
"We are busy and working hard - hopefully we may have some more news soon."
