Alan Dowson has urged supporters to turn out in force and push the players over the finishing line tomorrow – and turn it into an afternoon of celebration.
A win will absolutely confirm once and for all that Hampton will be a Ryman Premier side again next season.
But the Beavers take on a Bury Town side much improved since their relegation was confirmed.
Wins over Harrow and Leiston since they went down will make sure of a difficult afternoon at the Beveree and the boss has called for calm – as well as big backing for our Pay What You Want promotion.
He said: “We’re not safe yet, perhaps we should be after two fantastic wins against Kingstonian and then Canvey last weekend but we’ve still got to keep going until we are mathematically there. It's not done yet and I've hammered that into the players.
“We have to go to Peacehaven on the last day, they currently occupy the final relegation spot so we don’t want to have to go down there with the pressure on.
“We want to end the season on a high with a home win and make certain. I want us to end the season unbeaten in the final month of the season, that would keep the good feeling going through the summer all around the club.”
Fans can pay what they want to see the fixture and with Target 1,000 put in place by chairman Steve McPherson the manager is hoping for a big final home crowd.
“It’s a great idea and the players felt the extra support in the game against VCD earlier in the season,” he added.
“Bring your parents, your kids, your next door neighbour or your drinking buddies and let’s get the place buzzing on Saturday!”
