Craig Dundas returns to the U’s

By Rob Overfield

Fans favourite to take on a full-time role at Sutton Utd

Crowd favourite Craig Dundas is saying his farewells to friends and admirers at the Jezzards Beveree after agreeing to take on a wider full-time role with Sutton United.

Craig was with us in two spells last season and belied his 38 years with a series of influential performances. His attitude was outstanding and Gary describes him as a great personality to have in the dressing room.

Craig will continue as fitness coach at Sutton but is taking on additional Academy duties and will be a stand-by member of their first-team squad in the National League.

We will certainly miss him next season and he leaves with the best wishes of everyone at Hampton.

Talks with potential new signings are in full flow and we hope to be able to let you have more details in the coming week.

In addition, we also hope to be in a position to announce four/five preseason games in the coming days, in addition to the games already announced.
