Serious injury causes abandonment to Cup game.

Yesterday the ladies team took the long journey over to West Ham to face Newham Ladies in the John Greenacre Cup. With the ref arriving 20mins late on an extremely hot day the girls just wanted to get on with the game. However 20mins into the game at 0-0 Kerry Celino landed on her left leg causing a serious injury. An amulance was called and the game abandoned due to mutual agreement. It was confirmed later last night that there was a break to the Fibula and treatment may be on-going.
