Hello All,
Yesterday the ladies team played Brentford ahead of next weeks 1st league game.
The team turned up with a very positie attitude with the side including 5 new players, two new German girls; Jana and Franze, two Irish girls; Ruth and Mary, and Nicola, younger sister of Striker Amanda. The side went out onto the pitch with a very positive attitude and a determination to win our first game as a new look team. We took a quick lead and found ourself 3-0 up at half time going into the changing rooms very positive and uplifted by the new style of play.
The game ended up 5-1 with us playing some very nice football down the right and left wings and we looked very promising looking ahead to our first league game next week away to Colne Valley.
Thank you to all of the support we recived, I think everyone agreed that we looked extremely smart in our new kit.
