Fund Raising
As I trust most of you will have noticed, the Trust have been able to sign up no fewer than 18 sponsors in support of our activities in the community and in support of the club.
This has been achieved by offering promotional packages ranging from £100 to £500 per annum. You will see their advertisments in the Beavers Trust pages of the programme and their literature and business cards in the recently installed leaflet rack alongside the notice board.
Of course we are always on the look out for new sponsors, particularly local ones as they conform so well to the community based ethos of the Trust. Please advise me if you know of any retailer or trader who may fit the bill.
The sponsors we have on board have been incredibly generous in a very trying economic climate. the least we can do is lend themm our support in return. So, wherever possible, I would urge you to give them a try. In many cases Trust board members can provide personal recommendations.
