Mark Harper has added to his squad ahead of tonight’s trip to Sutton United.
First up is 21 year old midfielder Esmond James (pictured) who has joined from Farnborough FC. Esmond made his debut for Hayes & Yeading United in August 2008 having progressed through the Middlesex sides Youth and Reserve teams. He went on to make 41 starts with a further 34 appearances from the bench scoring 4 goals. He followed Garry Haylock to Farnborough in the summer where he was a regular for the side, but following Haylock’s departure was made available and completed Blue Square forms at Beveree this afternoon following his release from Farnborough.
Also putting pen to paper today was 24 year old striker Adam Thomas. Adam had a trial with Luton Town in pre-season, however injury curtailed his progress there. He worked his way back to fitness with Chesham United and scored twice for the reserves on Saturday.
